The Rhea County Republican Party is hosting its annual Reagan Day Dinner on February 24, 2024 and they have an exciting keynote speaker scheduled. Glenn Jacobs, WWE Hall of Fame wrestler and current Knox County Mayor, is the keynote speaker this year.
“We look forward to seeing you for an evening of fun and camaraderie with your federal, state, and local officials,” the group posted on their Facebook post announcing the keynote speaker.
This year’s dinner is taking place in the Auditorium at Rhea County High School located at 885 Eagle Ln and is set to begin at 6:00pm.
The Reagan Day Dinner is the parties largest fundraiser of the year and is always a great time to meet your local, state, and federal elected officials. You can purchase tickets by reaching out to Charles Riggs at 423-309-4520.
Glenn Jacobs is Knox Counties current Mayor. Before Jacobs was elected as Mayor, he was a professional wrestler for over 20 years. Glenn and his wife of more than 25 years, Crystal, live in Knox County with their 2 daughters, 2 son-in-law, and 2 grandchildren.
